1. Support internal teams in preparing and organizing marketing submissions for insurance-related client accounts.
2. Accurately complete required forms, including supplemental applications and ACORD documents.
3. Submit documentation to insurance broker partners and proactively follow up to obtain quotes.
4. Compile and summarize quote options for internal and client review.
5. Assist in drafting final documentation for policy binding and coordinate with clients to ensure completion.
6. Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and external partners throughout the operations process.
7. Maintain and update organized records of all submissions, quotes received, and finalized policies.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Good spoken and written English and proficiency with basic computer applications.
2. Business Graduate.
3. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset with a passion for working with data.
4. Familiarity with basic data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets) is a plus.
5. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. A willingness to learn and develop skills in data management systems, database technologies, and data analysis techniques.

Compensation

This is a paid trainee role leading to a permanent job with an initial monthly compensation of PKR 40,000. You will gain hands-on experience of all aspects of the field, receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to industry tools and practices. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on their performance and available positions.
