1. Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
2. Creating engaging content for blogs, social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
3. Managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to audience interactions.
4. Supporting the marketing team with market research, data analytics, and performance reporting.
5. Participating in brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas, content strategies, and audience engagement initiatives.
6. Learning and utilizing various marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems to optimize campaign performance.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in standard computer applications and digital platforms.
2. Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3. Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
4. Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and marketing strategies.
5. Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward contributing to marketing efforts.

Compensation

This is a paid internship with a monthly compensation of PKR 15,000. You will gain hands-on experience of all aspects of marketing, receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to industry tools and practices. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on their performance and available positions.
