1. Conducting comprehensive market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and behaviors.
2. Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights that will guide Labgro’s marketing strategy.
3. Supporting the development of marketing campaigns by providing relevant data analysis and strategic recommendations.
4. Assisting in tracking KPIs and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
5. Learning and utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other marketing platforms.
6. Contributing to Labgro’s business growth by providing data-backed recommendations for marketing strategies and optimizations.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Good spoken and written English and proficiency with basic computer applications.
2. Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
3. Strong interest in market research, data analysis, and marketing strategies.
4. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) is a plus but not required.
5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.

Compensation

This is a paid position offering a monthly compensation of PKR 15,000. The selected candidate will gain valuable learning opportunities in marketing analytics, business growth strategies, and exposure to industry tools. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on their performance and available positions.
