We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Trainee Operations Executive.
This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in supporting operational workflows related to insurance submissions, broker coordination, and policy documentation. As a Trainee Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Support internal teams in preparing and organizing marketing submissions for insurance-related client accounts.
- Accurately complete required forms, including supplemental applications and ACORD documents.
- Submit documentation to insurance broker partners and proactively follow up to obtain quotes.
- Compile and summarize quote options for internal and client review.
- Assist in drafting final documentation for policy binding and coordinate with clients to ensure completion.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and external partners throughout the operations process.
- Maintain and update organized records of all submissions, quotes received, and finalized policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good spoken and written English and proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Business Graduate.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset with a passion for working with data.
- Familiarity with basic data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in data management systems, database technologies, and data analysis techniques.
Compensation
This is a paid trainee role leading to a permanent job with an initial monthly compensation of PKR 40,000. You will gain hands-on experience of all aspects of the field, receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to industry tools and practices. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on their performance and available positions.
