1. Assist insurance producers and underwriters in preparing marketing submissions for client accounts.
2. Complete insurance supplemental applications and ACORD forms accurately.
3. Submit applications and forms to insurance brokers and follow up to secure insurance quotes.
4. Prepare quote summaries with multiple insurance coverage options for client review.
5. Draft policy binding documents and coordinate with clients to finalize binding.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and brokers throughout the quoting and binding process.
7. Maintain organized records of submissions, quotes, and bound policies.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Good spoken and written English and proficiency with basic computer applications.
2. Business Graduate.
3. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset with a passion for working with data.
4. Familiarity with basic data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets) is a plus.
5. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. A willingness to learn and develop skills in data management systems, database technologies, and data analysis techniques.

Compensation

This is a paid trainee role leading to a permanent job with an initial monthly compensation of PKR 40,000. You will gain hands-on experience of all aspects of the field, receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to industry tools and practices. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on their performance and available positions.
