As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a sharp, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Islamabad team.


Role Overview:

As a CSR at Labgro, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service. You’ll be working closely with our data and technology teams to support the innovative solutions we offer in the insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on client concerns or requests.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Comfortable working evening/night shifts.
