Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated IT Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for IT students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience of IT infrastructure support and website maintenance and troubleshooting, getting invaluable exposure to real-world tech challenges while impacting the company’s daily operations.
As an IT Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support for Labgro’s IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems.
- Assisting with website maintenance, including content updates, technical issue resolution, and ensuring smooth functionality.
- Assisting with system backups, updates, and configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues to maintain employee efficiency.
- Collaborating with the IT team on various technical projects, learning industry-standard practices.
- Gaining practical experience with IT challenges and implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good spoken and written English and proficiency with standard computer applications and digital platforms.
- Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and marketing analytics.
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, ability to work in a team environment, and eagerness to learn industry best practices.
Compensation
This is a paid internship with a monthly compensation of PKR 15,000, providing a valuable learning experience and exposure to a wide range of real-world IT challenges. Interns will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and gain practical experience in IT systems and website management. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on performance and available positions.
